In compliance with the provisions of the second paragraph of section IV, of article 70 of the Income Tax Law, Grupo Idesa S.A. de C.V., as an integrating company, publishes the information regarding the deferred tax determined by being part of the Optional Regime for Group Companies.

The listed companies did not have a positive tax result in fiscal year 2022.
